Abstract

|
Superior mesenteric artery syndrome is rare clinical disease in Korea. Authors had experienced a case of the Superior mesenteic artery syndrome caused by congenitally short intestine, imperfect rotation of the gut and with conditioned of the pregnancy in 21 years old housewife.
This case was treated surgically with good result, then we presented with a brief reviewed of literature.
